Directions For Use
Pre-Workout: If taking Pre-Workout, drink 1 scoop about 30 minutes prior to physical activity to ensure maximum endurance, performance and volumization.
Intra-Workout: Sip on 1 scoop during training to sustain intensity, muscle energy and supercharge muscle size and pump.
Post-Workout: Drink 1 scoop immediately following intense training to accelerate the update of glycogen and muscle building nutrients into muscle cells to fuel maximum growth and recovery.
