Please email info@NutritionFaktory.com regarding your return. Please provide your name, the product, date of purchase, reason for return, and images of your issue and our team will reply within 48 hours. Please note that due to the products being consumable items we can not accept returns any opened items and even sealed items will be at Nutrition Faktory's discretion.
Product returns are subject to our Terms of Service. In certain circumstances, Nutritionfaktory.com may evaluate a customer’s account, purchase and return history, and has the right to refuse services, a refund/claim may be denied, and/or prevent a customer from placing orders on Nutritionfaktory.com in the future.
Please note: All clearance items are final sale and may not be returned. No price adjustments will be given on prior sales.
What should I do if my items arrive damaged or defective?
We take extra precautions while packaging orders to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, sometimes items may be damaged while in transit. We fully understand your frustration, and we will do everything in our power to replace the damaged product(s) promptly.
Please note: If any items arrive damaged or defective, please take pictures immediately and do not dispose of the items or the packing until you've had a chance to speak with customer service. You will be asked to submit photographs of the damaged item(s)/packing material.
If you've received a damaged item, please email us at: Orders@NutritionFaktory or call 888-812-8848 and press 0 for customer service. We will need your name, order number, and the item(s) that was damaged so we can arrange for a replacement as soon as possible.
What do I do if my tracking shows delivered but it's not here?
If your package shows delivered but the item is not at your home please contact the shipper (USPS, UPS or Fedex) directly and provide them with your tracking information. (We would handle this but these companies will have questions about your home that we don't have the answers to). The shipper will be able to provide you with more details on the whereabouts of your package. If your package is lost you will need to file a claim with the shipper directly but please also reach out to us at Support@NutritionFaktory or call 888-346-0619 and press 0 for customer service and we'll attempt to help out where we can.
What should I do if I'm not getting the results I'm looking for?
