    Great, but limited choices

    Bumped up is great for nursing women. It isn’t as strong or effective as the standard Bucked Up, but is the best alternative I’ve found that’s safe while breastfeeding. It will give you some pump/tingles and does a great job blocking lactic acid buildup. The Strawberry Kiwi is good, the pink lemonade is pretty tart but good, and the mango is tolerable. A downside to me is limited flavors and their brand website is discontinuing the product. Safe preworkouts for nursing women is seriously lacking in options in the market.
