I dont like water. I dont like the hassle of filling up multiple cups. I dont like carrying around a gallon jug. The ergonomics on this with the shaker cup lid makes it feel like you are drinking 16oz instead of 64oz. I have a white and black. Fill them in the evening, put them in mini fridge by desk and easily drink a gallon a day.
