All alpha lion flavors are top notch. This is a very strong stimulant preworkout. It has a lot of yohimbine and alpha yohimbine leading to lots of energy but also nose runs, cold sweats, hyperventilation, ect. Would be good for heavy lifting sessions where you have plenty of time to rest between sets. Would heavily discourage use for cardio because you will be breathing extremely hard. Other than that the pumps are mediocre, but they are not meant to be the star of the show.
