Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 12-16 oz of water intra workout. Due to the high molecular weight and low osmolarity of cyclic dextrins we do recommend you increase your water intake based off of your carbohydrate consumption from cyclic dextrin in order to easily digest. We recommend 16 ounces of fluid for every 2 scoops (25g of carbs) of product.
